Puppies are evaluated in comparison to the total breed standard and whether a specific pup will promote and improve the breed. Based on this assessment, puppies are available on either a Breeding Potential Contract or a Non-Breeding (Spay/Neuter) Contract. We want the best fit possible for a long and healthy relationship. To help us make the best fit possible, please complete the following information.

1. Tell us about the dogs you presently own or have owned. Include breed, sex, age, and whether they are spayed or neutered. If they are no longer with you, described what happened to them (be specific).
